		Sponsor a healthcare worker to attend an intense 2 week education and training course in a specified medical field.  These courses are provided for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers who need further education to better diagnose, treat and care for their patients.  Some of the courses taught include education and training in the fields of Pediatrics, Cardiology, Medical Terminology, Psychiatry, and Nutrition.
